Brady is in the hunt- Laura has great start!

Hi Gang,
Brady ran a 7.57 for the 60m dash- good for 14th place, then came back with a season's best 6.49m in the Long Jump. (21'4") That really helps his placing! ON to the SHOT PUT!
Laura had a "solid" hurdle race at 9.46- Good for 8th place-
She is currently in the HJ- awaiting the start of her jumping!
Stay tuned!

It's almost time for Brady West, Laura McElrath (multi-events) and the Relay teams
Men's 4x400, Women's 4x400, 4x800m, and Distance Medley relay to get going.

We are set to begin at 1:00pm EST. Stay tuned here and at the NAIA.ORG website for all the results@!
GO PIONEERS-

Gray Middle School Visit

We had a great time today, speaking to approximately 1200 young students at a local school.
About 20 of our athletes did a great job explaining how we should be not only "Champions" on the track, but also "Champions" off the track and in life.
They highlighted the five core character values of the NAIA (Integrity, Servant Leadership, Responsibility, Repect, and Sportsmanship). We also had free passes for everyone to come to the championship- It was a blessing to see our athletes interact with the young students, and encourage them to work hard in sports, school, and in life! WAY TO GO TEAM! :-)
